Shipping & Processing

Thank you so much for supporting The Rust-Covered Cottage, LLC.

All wood kits are laser cut and carefully prepared in our workshop before shipping. Because many items are made to order, please allow approximately 7–14 business days for order processing during normal business periods. Seasonal launches, sales, and holidays may extend processing times slightly.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on package size and destination. Tracking information will automatically be emailed once your shipping label has been created.

Please note:

• Wood kits are sold unfinished unless otherwise noted in the listing.
• Paint Couture products may ship separately from wood kits.
• Shipping timelines refer to processing time before shipment and do not include carrier transit time.
