Do the kits come painted?

Most wood kits are sold unfinished so you can paint and customize them in your own style. Finished photos are provided for inspiration only. We also offer select completed pieces in our Finished Decor section.

What type of paint can I use?

You can use acrylic craft paint, chalk-style paint, mineral paint, stains, glazes, and other decorative finishes. We also carry Paint Couture products on our website.

What are the kits made from?

Our kits are laser cut from 1/4" Birch wood unless otherwise noted in the listing description.

How long is processing time?

Processing times may vary depending on order volume and seasonal demand. Current turnaround times can always be found on our Processing & Shipping page.

Do you offer tutorials?

Yes! Many of our projects include inspiration videos, tutorials, and Affiliate Spotlight LIVE replays. You can also visit our DIY Video Hub for additional creative inspiration.

Can I add my own embellishments?

Absolutely! Ribbon, greenery, beads, florals, transfers, molds, and other embellishments are a great way to personalize your finished project.

Are Paint Couture products returnable?

Due to the nature of paint products, Paint Couture sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Do you combine shipping?

Wood kits ship free within the U.S. Paint Couture products and other specialty items may have separate shipping rates due to weight and packaging requirements.
